How do I know if online counselling is right for me ?

Online sessions can be really useful as it removes all geographical and access constraints. You can be in any part of the UK.  I offer an Initial Assessment online consultation at £50, where we can discuss if counselling is appropriate for your needs, with no obligation on either side.  I use Skype as it is easy, secure and private.

How often ?

Like face-to-face sessions, online sessions are weekly at a regular day/time. Please ensure before a Skype call, that you have privacy. If necessary arrange with other household members to have the room/home to yourself.

How much does it cost ?

Online sessions are £50  (a limited number of reduced cost sessions may sometimes be available to those who are on low income)    All sessions last for 50mins. Payment is in advance by PayPal  using the payment link www.paypal.me/jefftee   

NOTE: I cannot accept cards.

How long will it take ?

This depends on you, the work we do, and the problem. Deep-rooted problems may require weekly sessions for many months, while some other problems can be addressed much more quickly. My minimum contract period for counselling is 8 sessions.
